My client is currently undergoing a transformation process across business functions, driving new projects and initiatives to modernise their full IT estate over a multi-year program. They have a need to hire highly experienced Solution Architects to analyse business needs, identify technical solutions and design comprehensive plans for implementation. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions, serving as a liaison between the technical and business aspects of new solutions.

With so many projects and initiatives, you could work on projects that are customer facing, or within commercial, operations, finance, or HR. Projects range from redeveloping websites, driving operational and commercial efficiencies through robotic automation and AI, and implementing new IT service capabilities. My client is moving the organisation into a digital and innovative way of working and redesigning their operating model.

The transformation program is to transition to a modern IT estate, leveraging the latest tools and technologies, embedding a digital and cloud first approach, with a focus on driving value to market faster, you will be involved with many interesting projects

The ideal candidate will possess c5yrs experience in a similar position defining solutions to complex business problems, with a broad knowledge of working with large IT estates,. You will also offer experience extracting requirements from business stakeholders, embracing and managing business and IT change as well as offer exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
