The successful candidate must either hold a current SC, or be eligible to be cleared. You will work as part of a multi-skilled team, and will be responsible for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders across a complex public sector org. You'll be responsible for shaping end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions, producing high-quality architecture documentation, supporting governance activities, and providing technical leadership across cloud-based deployments. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and working within secure, regulated environments is highly desirable. Key Skills: Oracle HCM solution architecture experience Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Secure by Design and architecture governance experience Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
