We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to support our Solutions Architect and lead independent solution initiatives for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in solution design, client engagement, and technical consulting.

What you’ll be doing?

• Leading Discovery workshops for defined-scope projects, gathering business and technical requirements.


• Supporting the Solutions Architect on complex eCommerce solutions, assisting in documentation, feasibility assessments, and technical roadmaps.


• Owning solution design for mid-sized client engagements, ensuring technical best practices and alignment with business goals.


• Collaborating with internal teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver seamless implementations.


• Researching platform capabilities, APIs, and emerging eCommerce trends to support solution development.


• Acting as the primary client contact on tactical solution initiatives, managing expectations, risks, and deliverables.


• Contributing to sales efforts, assisting with proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.

What we’re looking for?

• Experience in eCommerce, technical consulting, or solution design within an agency or SaaS environment.


• Strong understanding of Shopify and eCommerce platforms, including third-party integrations and APIs.


• Ability to translate business needs into technical recommendations with clear documentation.


• Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles, workshops, or pre-sales discussions.


• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies.
