Role Overview 🚀

We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to help us drive business growth by leveraging your expertise in both technology and employee benefits consulting. You will primarily focus on the UK&I customer segment but also support with Global opportunities. 

You will be responsible for collaborating with our Sales team to deliver compelling product demonstrations and consulting services to prospective customers to improve the chance of winning deals. 

Your deep understanding of our technology platform and employee benefits will enable you to guide customer in making informed decisions about their employee benefits administration, technology platform and programs.

Responsibilities 🤘

• Collaborate with the Sales team to understand prospective Customers' needs and objectives.












• Conduct product demonstrations and present customized solutions to showcase the value and capabilities of Benifex's OneHub technology platform.












• Translate prospective customer requirements into comprehensive proposals, outlining the benefits and ROI of implementing our solutions.












• Address technical and functional questions regarding the platform and integrate feedback into the sales process.












• Assist in contract negotiations by providing insights on solution requirements and pricing structures.












• Leverage your experience as a benefits consultant to offer strategic guidance on employee benefits programs.












• Design and deliver tailored recommendations and solutions to optimize the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of their benefits offerings.












• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in employee benefits to provide thought leadership and advice to Customers.












• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Benifex's thought leadership initiatives, such as whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.

What are we looking for? 🔎

• A good understanding of employee benefits strategies, regulations, and market trends, with knowledge of employee benefits tech platforms. 


• A sound technical understanding of software platforms, able to advise customers on data import/export, API integration, security and other technical considerations linked to SaaS implementation.












• Proven customer facing consulting, ideally in a pre-sales/sales capacity.












• Experience working on large, complex solutions working across multiple internal teams












• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.












• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.












• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges.












• High level of business acumen, with the ability to understand customers' needs and propose innovative solutions.












• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

**Please note this role will require travel to customers sites as required, we'd suggest 2-3 times a month across the UK. All expenses paid.**

⏳ Interview with CRO, Senior Solutions Consultant and Senior Rep (60 min)

🤩 Final interview with the Chief Revenue Officer (45 min)
