Solutions Development Manager

We're recruiting for a highly strategic role focused on driving value-led partnerships with major customers. You'll work closely with the Customer Solutions, Commercial, and Key Account teams to shape compelling, data-backed value propositions for both new and existing clients.

This is a hands-on, consultative position, combining project management, solution development, and customer engagement. You'll help qualify new opportunities, support RFx submissions, and deliver tailored supply chain solutions that support long-term partnerships. There's a strong focus on enabling business growth through digital tools, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Shape strategic proposals and value propositions for key customers.

• Manage supply chain solution projects from idea to execution.

• Engage directly with clients to pitch solutions, gather feedback, and build trust.

• Be the SME for digital products - lead demos, track feedback, and drive new features.

• Support internal teams in converting opportunities into actionable growth.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in freight forward & supply chain.

• Experience or interest in digital transformation within supply chain/logistics.

• Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
