About You

As a Solutions Director at AND Digital you’ll act as a senior technical subject matter expert working across a Club’s portfolio of clients, onsite and in multi-skilled agile delivery teams. As a result, you will need to be able to:

• Use your expert tech knowledge to influence and steer the direction of projects whilst coaching and upskilling a team through implementing architectural an engineering best practices.
• Help clients to translate project outcomes and high-level architectures into deliverable solutions.
• Give and receive regular feedback to help the technical community within your Club develop, and become more effective in their specialisms.
• Be hands on with a delivery team, helping them to understand and frame their work within architectural best practices and the aims of the wider project.

To do that, it’s essential you bring the following:

• Experience of translating business requirements and capabilities into architectures at all levels of detail utilising standard architectural patterns where appropriate.
• Understanding of the application of standard architectural practices and tooling.
• Experience of working with and defining usage of common cloud platforms.
