The business is transforming fleet safety and operational intelligence with cutting-edge AI. We're looking for a customer-centric Solutions Engineer to lead a high-performing team that bridges the gap between technology and real-world business impact.

You'll partner closely with Sales and Product teams to architect solutions, demonstrate our value, and help enterprise customers envision a better way to operate. From pre-sales strategy to proof-of-concept execution, you'll be instrumental in closing big deals and solving big problems.

• * Shape pre-sales strategy and execution across strategic, high-value opportunities
• * Lead from the front - driving technical discovery, demos, proofs of concept, and client-facing engagements.
• * Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to co-create solutions.
• * Gain exposure to both SaaS and hardware technologies at the forefront of AI and fleet safety.

?? What you bring to the table

• * 10+ years in pre-sales or sales engineering roles, ideally with SaaS and/or hardware experience.
• * Hands-on experience with complex sales cycles and enterprise-level accounts.
• * A track record of owning technical sales strategy and helping close multi-million dollar deals.
• * Creative problem solver who thrives in technical discovery and whiteboarding sessions.
• * Excellent communication skills - comfortable presenting to C-suite as well as technical stakeholders.
• Bonus points for:

- Experience working with SmartSheet or similar tools.

- Proven ability to lead or mentor high-performing pre-sales teams.

- Strong understanding of the fleet, transportation, or automotive tech industries.
