Job Description
In this busy role you will lead, manage and be accountable for the output of Solutions Engineers and technical specialists ensuring a high-quality delivery of all services and products within agreed timescales.
Requirements
An Engineering or relevant technical degree, ideally at Chartered level or higher
Chartered Engineer Status
Experience of leading, coaching and developing a team of people
Experience of working within an energy management/energy consultancy environment
Detailed understanding of utility sector and current legislation relating to the role
Significant experience of measurement and verification to IPMVP or equivalent
Significant experience in energy and water management, from identification of savings to delivery of successful reduction programmes
Extensive experience and knowledge in a relevant specialist skill or scheme
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to develop, and maintain, complex client relationships
Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience of analysing and interpreting large amounts of complex data, and communicating findings in report format
Excellent project management skills to ensure high quality service delivery
Relevant management experience or demonstration of abilities to develop such skills
A proven ability to articulate technical information to non- technical clients and stakeholders
Senior engineer project leading a small team of 2 or 3 on larger projects

Salary £55k-£69k per annum with a performance related bonus
Starting at 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the option to buy more)
