Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the kitchen, helping to deliver high-quality, freshly prepared dishes for takeaway and delivery. You'll be working with a passionate team, ensuring consistency, speed, and taste across every order.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
• Maintaining consistency in flavour, portioning, and presentation
• Operating efficiently during peak delivery times
• Supporting the Head Chef and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly
• Upholding cleanliness and food safety standards at all times

• Experience as a Sous Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen
• Excellent food preparation and knife skills
• A passion for food and an eye for detail
• The ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure
• A flexible, modern approach to food trends and customer preferences
