Reponsive Personnel are looking for Sous Chef for a client based in Lechlade to join their team. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Hours: Full-time
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health & safety standards
Help plan and create menus with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
Monitor inventory and assist with stock ordering and control
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong background as a Senior Chef de Partie
Culinary qualification or relevant professional training
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Passion for high-quality food and a keen eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
