Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a really popular seafood inn on Orkney and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.

What's involved?
This is a good number 2 in the kitchen type role, so you can expect to run things on chefs days off but still have the support of the owners who operate the business like one big family.
There is real flexibility here for you to add input on the menu as well. The whole package is fully negotiable too.
