Ongoing temporary role with the potential to become permanent

We're hiring a Sous Chef for a busy, seasonal café kitchen in a popular visitor destination. You'll support in delivering fresh, high-quality food and running daily kitchen operations.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve a fresh, seasonal menu
• Oversee kitchen team and support junior staff
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage stock, ordering, and waste
• Work flexibly, including weekends

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP
• Passion for quality food and efficient service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organised and reliable under pressure
