What you'll be doing:

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering varied and exciting food offerings across multiple services - from private functions and member events to large regattas and seasonal dining. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and help lead the kitchen team in delivering consistent, high-quality cuisine.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Leading junior chefs and maintaining kitchen standards
• Assisting with menu development and event catering
• Ensuring food hygiene and safety compliance
• Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen organisation
• Taking charge in the Head Chef's absence

What we're looking for:
