As Sous Chef, you will take ownership along with the Head Chef of a highly creative, ingredient-led kitchen. Working alongside a Michelin-starred collaborator, you will help shape and execute a distinctive food offering tailored to a discerning private membership.

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £45,000  Yearly

10:00 - 20:00

Open 7 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing kitchen brigade
• Deliver a refined, seasonal, and bespoke menu with precision and consistency
• Maintain exceptional standards across food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Collaborate on menu development and evolving concepts
• Manage kitchen operations including cost control, ordering, and staffing

• Proven experience within premium or Michelin-starred environments
• Creative, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering excellence
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Calm under pressure with a commitment to consistency
• A deep understanding of modern luxury dining expectations
