Sous Chef

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate the use of Re-gen on Rational ovens and manage large plated functions.

* Running the pass for busy A la carte services.

* Oversee kitchen management.

* Monitor food costs and ensure profitability.

* Train and inspire the restaurant team to deliver consistently great food.

* Ensure compliance with advanced food hygiene level 3 and allergens.

* Utilise systems such as Microsoft packages, Fourth, and Procure Wizard.

Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience in a similar role.

* Expertise in using Rational ovens for large functions.

* Strong leadership and conflict management skills.

* Solid understanding of food costs and gross profit.

* Ability to train and motivate a team.

* Advanced food hygiene certification..
