A 4* hotel near Coventry is on the lookout for a strong Sous Chef to join the banqueting team. There are other outlets of this hotel but you will be working in just the banqueting dept which is fully staffed but due to expansion there is a Sous Chef required

You must have had experience working in volume over 200 + for the role – so any strong Sous Chef who have worked in wedding venues, banquets or events will be of high interest.
