Sous Chef

Cépage[s] Wine Bistro, in Notting Hill, is a small (38 seats) independent and vibrant French Wine Bistro. Halfway between a restaurant and a wine bar, you can enjoy directly imported wines together with revisited Bistronomic French dishes.
We are looking for an experimented, passionate & enthusiastic SOUS CHEF with a strong interest for French gastronomy.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
Skilful Planner, Organizer & Decision Maker
Creative with an excellent attention to detail
Working knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements
ROLE
Support the Head Chef on the Day to Day Management of the Kitchen
Create new Seasonal Menu alongside the Head Chef
Deliver Creative and Excellent Food
Maintain Health & Safety standard
