An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel, home to a highly regarded 2 Rosette restaurant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef who enjoys working with exceptional ingredients and delivering high-quality, refined cuisine within a professional but friendly team.

- Salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience
- 3 days off per week
- Working pattern of 3 double shifts + 1 single shift

About you:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a high-end hotel, restaurant or fine dining environment

Essential: strong fine dining experience
Essential: French cuisine experience
Passionate about food, quality and presentation
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and team management
Professional, organised and able to work well under pressure
A positive and hands-on approach
