Our client have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their highly talented team, for a stunning Food Led Pub inthe picturesque Surrey Hills village, Gomshall, between Guildford and Dorking.

Delivering great food ensuring they build an excellent reputation at an iconic Surrey pub.

The Client
The Sous Chef role would offer a good quality of life, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.

You will also be key to ensuring a high level of quality fresh, local and seasonal food, to build the strength of reputation the business whilst assisting in leading a talented team..

Requirements

An ideal candidate for this Sous Chef Position would be:
City & Guilds / NVQ qualification or qualified by experience

Previous Proven experience in a relavent Sous Chef role

Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes

Hours

Based in 48hrs a week 5/7 day basis
