Sous Chef Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen Assist with meal preparation and plating Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant Follow proper food handling and storage procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area
Chef Requirements:
Previous experience as a CDP/SOUS/HEAD or in a similar role Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
