Sous Chef | Leamington | Mon - Fri 11am-11pm, Fri-Sat 10am-12am, Sun- 10am-8pm | 2 days off together | £30,000 - £35,000

You will be a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef, eager to join their vibrant kitchen team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our client's culinary offerings and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
You will be the right hand to the Head Chef and take charge in their absence.
What will your role look like?
Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations during service hours
Act as the head of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
Ensure all compliance rules and health regulations are strictly followed
Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying invoices against delivered goods
Manage and support a small team, including kitchen porters
Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
