The Role:
As a Sous Chef you will be an integral part of our culinary team, supporting the Head Chef and on his days off acting as Head Chef and continuing in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining our high standards. Your creativity, commitment to excellence, and team spirit will help us continue to delight our guests with memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes
Ensure the kitchen operates in an organized and efficient manner
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and specials
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen
Passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
A creative flair and a passion for using fresh, local ingredients
