This Sous Chef role is for one of the most prestigious hotels near Nottingham with loads of awards for numerous different things – a super opportunity for a Sous Chef who loves to lead and guide the team. You will be working under a supportive Head Chef who can guide and develop you and without question you will learn.

A nice shift pattern with a couple 10am – 6pm shifts followed by 3 x late shifts with a staggered start time from 11am – 2pm.
