An events company based in Notting Hill are looking to recruit a passionate and driven Sous Chef paying £45k to 348k per annum plus overtime. The business whose main focus is on catering events, private
dinners & retreats work closely with a biodiversity focussed estate in Hampshire
growing veg with a no-till, no-dig approach. They are looking for a chef who is willing to work alongside the Executive Chef to help run
the kitchen & manage events. Someone willing to be flexible and open to many different
facets of a fast-growing catering business. There is the opportunity to work with a brunch and lunch restaurant in Notting Hill, which
doubles up as an event space, as well as events in and around London including Art galleries, Law
Firms, and private catering to UHNW families. You would be working closely with the team on the estate who grow veg, rear venison, pork, beef, mouflon, and chickens.
