Job Role: Sous Chef in Hospitality and Fine Dining KitchenLocation: CitySector: Contract CateringSalary: £38,000 - £40,000Benefits -£38,000 - £4,000 Starting SalaryMonday to Friday mainly with some evenings requiredGreat working environmentLeading Catering CompanyWe are working with a leading Contract Catering company for this busy site based in the City, this will be working in the Fine Dining and Hospitality kitchen. This is a Monday to Friday role with some evenings required for events and a very occasional weekend a possibilityIf you are working in a restaurant kitchen at Michelin Level or Rosette Level and want the freedom of most weekends off and most evenings as well then this could be the role for you. Alternatively if you are in a contract catering kitchen and looking for a better salary then this is a great opportunity!Working in a team of 3/4 core chefs and under a Head Chef you will prepare and deliver client breakfast, A la Carte Lunch / Dinner service as well as buffets and canapes and working lunches.
