They will have solid experience in a similar role with a comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and proven track record in successfully working with a large kitchen brigade.We’re looking for people with a true passion for food with the ability to deliver a consistent product within a high-volume environment whilst keeping your cool when the pressure’s on.*WHAT YOU’LL DO …*You will ensure all Restaurant requirements and some Banqueting are dealt with in an orderly and accelerated manner as well as assisting the Head Chef and always acting in accordance with Health & Safety legislation. You will make certain that all stock is correctly labelled and rotated and ensure the kitchen is clean at any given time and liaising with the Stewarding team for all cleaning requirements.
