• A calm, focused, and hardworking chef who thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Someone who is not easily stressed and maintains composure under pressure
• Experience preferred in a hotel setting or quality restaurant
• Food Hygiene & Food Safety Level 2 certification
• Allergen training
