We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Chef for an exclusive full-time engagement in South Kensington, London, supporting a high-profile client through a critical family health period. This is a rewarding opportunity to join Biospan’s BioChef Network and make a meaningful impact on a client’s well-being and lifestyle.
South Kensington, London
6 days per week (Monday–Saturday)
Half-day shifts: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (this will change depending on the client)
Trial starts mid-July; full service begins immediately after.
The client and her husband are temporarily residing in London while he undergoes and recovers from heart surgery. This highly personalized service will support their nutritional needs during a sensitive time.
Usually 2 people, scaling up to 5 during family visits (adult children and mother-in-law).
Service flexibility is essential as the client will return to Madrid around late September to mid-October.
Daily Preparation: Fresh breakfast, served lunch, and oven-ready dinner.
Grocery Shopping: Conducted by the chef using either a payment card provided by the client or via invoicing.
Meal Style: Mediterranean-based meals rich in colourful vegetables, legumes, and clean proteins. Food must meet precise nutrition targets (minimum 35g of high-quality protein per plate) and be flavourful, light, and beautifully presented.
Diet Requirements:
Organic and clean: free from GMOs, pesticides, and additives
Limited red meat (grass-fed beef once a week)
Fish and seafood (only wild-caught)
Chicken (free-range)
No gratin or dairy-based dishes (except 0% Greek yogurt)
Cooking Environment: Full access to kitchen (oven, stove available); client ensures a clean cooking space.
Prior experience as a private chef or working with high-net-worth families
Strong knowledge of Mediterranean, Japanese, Thai, and Indian cuisine
Trained in nutrition-forward cooking
Confident shopping for premium organic produce
Impeccable hygiene, discretion, and presentation
Familiar with meal-prep for medical recovery and health optimisation
Day Chef Rate: £150 excluding groceries/ingredients
Includes 6-day/week service, 3 meals/day for up to 5 people
Groceries, supplements, and containers are billed separately
Chef is contracted via Biospan and covered under its terms (non-solicitation and engagement policy)
