As Head of Spa Operations, you will continually surpass expectations and lead a motivated and successful Spa team to deliver the very best in guest experience whilst having a key focus of driving revenue and maximising profitability.
As Head of Spa Operations, you will ensure that the Spa is operating to provide a consistent service in line with the Hotels guidelines and ethos.
Reporting to the Operations Director and Director of Golf and Leisure, as Head of Spa Operation you will be professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated in delivering 5* experiences whilst being highly attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident building relationships with Spa members and hotel guests and be friendly and enthusiastic with a drive to help the Spa to continue to thrive and grow.
Ensuring the smooth day to day running of all Spa operations including Beauty Bar.
Developing and managing a dedicated Spa team, encouraging personal progression and identifying training needs and opportunities.
Contributing to budget management, stock control and monitoring and reporting on the Spa's financial performance, including treatments, retail, F&B and memberships.
Previous experience managing a high-volume luxury Spa to a 5* standard
The ability to recruit, motivate, support and train the Spa team.
The motivation to continually exceed guest expectations and develop The Spa offering.
