• Oversee daily spa operations
• Manage and support spa staff
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations
• Drive revenue through service excellence and promotions

? Requirements:

• Proven experience in spa or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness trends
• Relevant certifications are a plus
