Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 per annum

A well-established and thriving spa, located in the vibrant canal-side district of Birmingham city centre, is seeking an experienced and motivated Spa Manager. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure an outstanding experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery

Lead and support a team of spa therapists and reception staff

Deliver spa treatments as needed to support business demand

Drive revenue and customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and KPI management

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest care

Oversee stock control, scheduling, and budget management

Foster a professional, supportive, and positive working environment

Requirements:

Previous experience managing a team in a spa or wellness environment

Strong communication and leadership skills

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)

Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset

Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities

Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays

Confident handling client interactions in person, by phone, and via email

Familiarity with ELEMIS treatments and products is desirable.
