Who do we want?

This is a guest focused role delivering holistic therapies in a professionally informal way. You will need to be an excellent communicator with strong listening and guest care skills. With strong intuition and an empathetic nature, you will be able to ascertain what each guest needs during their journey. No day or guest is ever the same, so you must be adaptable and think on your feet whilst following our standards and procedures. Passionate for learning and personal growth, you will be aligned with the company's ethics and policies around wellbeing, sustainability and working together as one team.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Spa/massage/holistic therapies/level 3 beauty qualification or equivalent

• Experience or interest in holistic treatments and Ayurveda

We are looking for therapists with understanding, experience and interest in a range of holistic therapies. • Competitive hourly pay £13.00 - £14.56 depending on experience (£27,040-£30,284.80 FTE) PLUS a share of the Hotel tips

• Contracted hours range from 16-33 hours per week which must include weekends. Shift patterns range from 9.30-18.30 daily
