Spanish Speaking Nanny in Marylebone - FILLED

Our lovely client in Marylebone is seeking a warm, energetic, and highly professional nanny to care for their two young daughters, aged 2.5 years and 10 months. This part-time, permanent role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing and stimulating environment. The nanny will be nurturing, flexible, and possess a can-do attitude. The family values a fun and happy atmosphere and is looking for a team player to work collaboratively with the mother and the housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and loving care for the two girls.
  

• Create a warm and stimulating environment filled with love, excitement, and conversation.
  

• Organise creative educational activities such as games, drawing, crafting, and reading.
  

• Take the children to activities and classes.
  

• Prepare healthy and nutritious meals for the children and assist with feeding (supported by a full-time housekeeper).
  

• Change diapers, assist with potty training, and help with bathing, keeping the bathing areas clean.
  

• Schedule and monitor naps.
  

• Teach good behaviour and manners.
  

• Organise playdates and other social and fun activities.
  

• Ensure the children's safety indoors and outdoors.
  

• Maintain tidiness and organisation in children's bedrooms and play areas.
  

• Wash, iron, and put away clothes, and manage outgrown items (supported by a full-time housekeeper).
  

• Keep the children's feeding areas, dishes, bottles, and chairs clean.
  

• Tidy up play areas and keep toys and books organised.
  

• Work collaboratively with parents to ensure the children's growth and social development.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a nanny.
  

• DBS check, first aid training, and at least 3 excellent references.
  

• Experience caring for infants aged 3 months and older.
  

• Up-to-date knowledge of infant development and care practices.
  

• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is highly desirable as the mother speaks Spanish.
  

• Educationally focused and engaging.
  

• Willingness to travel occasionally with the family to Europe and Asia.
  

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and professional.
  

• Flexible and adaptable to the family's needs.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum childcare level 3 qualification.
  

• Maternity nurse qualification preferred.
