Your new role
The school are seeking a well-qualified, confident, and enthusiastic Spanish Teacher to join their team. As a Spanish Teacher, you will plan, prepare, and deliver outstanding lessons in MFL (Modern Foreign Languages). Currently, we teach Spanish to all children in Key Stage 3 (KS3), but we may explore offering another language in the future. The ability to teach Spanish to GCSE level is essential, as our current students will move forward to Key Stage 4 (KS4) from 2025.

Suitable for either an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced teacher.

UPS is available for those with suitable experience.
What you'll need to succeed
Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons to students.

Encourage a climate of mutual support, self-confidence, and self-esteem.

Collaborate with other staff members to develop and manage projects.

Guide students’ academic, personal, and professional development as a tutor.

Stay informed about key national and educational policies and issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree.

Strong track record as a Teacher of MFL, with a passion for teaching.

Ability to inspire high achievement in students from diverse backgrounds.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Exceptional personal organisation and time management skills.

Presence, enthusiasm, good sense of humour, and approachability.
