A passionate and fluent Modern Foreign Languages Teacher specialising in Spanish is sought by a well-regarded Independent co-educational school in Harrow. The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 to develop a love for the Spanish language and culture, fostering their communication skills and global awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Modern Foreign Languages Teacher lessons in Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4.


• Develop students' skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Spanish.


• Assess and monitor student progress in Spanish, providing effective feedback to support their language acquisition.


• Contribute to the promotion of Spanish language and culture within the school through extracurricular activities and cultural events.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Spanish.


• Demonstrated experience teaching Spanish at Key Stages 3 and 4.


• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and a strong understanding of Spanish-speaking cultures.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating students to learn a foreign language and appreciate cultural diversity.
