What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage inbound supply of spare parts from Asia to the UK distribution network.
• Optimise inventory levels to ensure high availability and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with global teams on order planning, logistics, and prioritisation.
• Oversee import processes, customs documentation, and freight bookings.
• Analyse demand trends and support data-driven replenishment strategies.
• Track KPIs like lead times, stock turnover, and freight costs.
• Collaborate with Aftersales, Logistics, and Finance to resolve supply issues.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or inventory planning—ideally in automotive or aftermarket parts.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics) and Excel.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across cultures and time zones.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not required.
