Are you a Spatial Planner looking to join a design-led, collaborative team working on medium-to-large-scale master planning projects across the UK. This role is ideal for a planning professional with a passion for placemaking and sustainable housing development who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment meaningfully to the built environment.

On offer is the opportunity to join a thriving company who focus on high quality within the Residential and Commercial sectors, this company is a established business that provides a range of architectural solutions to powerhouses in the Uk property sector such as Greene King, Travelodge and Bloor Homes. You will be working on a range of projects for both domestic and commercial clients.

The role would suit a Spatial Planner or similar to immediately add value to a team of dynamic and accomplished designers, elevating your knowledge and expertise by taking responsibility for designs from inception through to completion.

The Role:

Lead designs from inception to completion

Deliver drawing and retail packages for large-scale commercial and hospitality projects

Work collaboratively on multiple projects at any one time

Demonstrate concept layout skills

The Person:

Background in Town Planning or Urban Design

Commutable to Chelmsford
