Senior Penetration Tester | £65,000–£75,000 | 4-Day Week | Remote/Hybrid
We're working exclusively with a fast-growing, mission-led cyber security company that's transforming a critical and underserved sector. They’re on the lookout for a Senior Penetration Tester to join their Offensive Security team and lead engagements across a unique and highly impactful client base.

You'll lead end-to-end delivery of CREST-approved testing engagements
You’ll be the offensive security SME in a collaborative, product-driven environment
You'll contribute directly to roadmap decisions and international service expansion
You’ll operate on a true 4-day working week with no loss in salary

What you'll be doing

Deliver infrastructure, web, and cloud penetration tests (CREST-aligned)
Support pre-sales calls and scoping sessions as the testing subject matter expert
Shape internal tooling, processes, and service scalability
Collaborate with product and auditing teams to elevate secure software delivery
Champion secure-by-design principles across the org

What we’re looking for

Strong background in offensive security with proven senior-level delivery
Certifications: CREST CRT and OSCP are must-haves
Ability to explain findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Passion for modernising how security is delivered—this isn’t a clipboard role
Strategic mindset with a bias for action and experimentation

Whats on offer:

£65,000–£75,000 base
32-hour workweek (Monday or Friday off—your choice)
