The Role

As SENCo, you will play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing the provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will:

• Oversee the full EHCP process, ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks

• Track student progress and implement effective, evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic support
