What will the role involve?

Delivering tailored learning sessions based on each learner's individual needs and abilities.
Supporting learners to develop their academic skills, confidence and independence.
Creating a positive, encouraging and engaging learning environment.
Adapting teaching approaches to suit different learning styles and abilities.
Working flexibly to help learners make meaningful progress as a Special Education Needs (SEN) Tutor.

What we're looking for

Previous experience tutoring, teaching or working in an educational setting.
A patient, empathetic and supportive approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to adapt to individual learning needs and build positive relationships.
A genuine passion for helping children and young people succeed.Experience as a Special Education Needs (SEN) Tutor, or in a similar educational support role, would be valuable.
