Our specialist SEN school in Croydon, Greater London, is seeking a qualified and compassionate SEN Teacher to join its dynamic and supportive team. SEN Teacher - the role:
We are looking for someone who understands how autism can affect learning and development and is committed to adapting the curriculum to meet individual needs. Most pupils are supported on a 1:1 basis, and your role will involve both classroom teaching and curriculum leadership in a designated subject area.

SEN Teacher - requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and how to differentiate for autistic pupils
• Experience in EYFS or primary education is desirable
• A proactive, flexible approach and a genuine enthusiasm for innovation in teaching and learning
• Resilience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education
