Special Needs Science Teacher

We are seeking to appoint a teacher of Science to join our experienced and dedicated team of specialist staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated teacher with a range of skills, subject knowledge, drive and passion to make a difference to students who are likely to have experienced little previous success within a school environment. Our students are of mixed and high ability (equivalent of NC level 3-4 on entry) and as such are capable of achieving GCSE and other Level 2 qualifications in Year 11. The ability to teach a second subject is required for a full time position.

We are looking for a flexible, committed and enthusiastic teacher to contribute towards our curriculum delivery at KS3 and KS4. The right candidate will have experience of working with students whose primary needs are SEMH and Autism and be able to work positively within our team to ensure that the delivery across the school is purposeful and appropriate to the needs of our students.
