The role is in a mainstream primary school but within the school's additionally resourced provision (ARP)
The school is located close to Dagenham Heathway tube station (District Line)
The school was last rated "Good" by Ofsted in 2024. About you:

Must have QTS
Will ideally have previous experience as a special needs teacher, although applicants with experience as a mainstream primary teacher with a strong desire to move into special needs are welcomed and encouraged
Must have a solid understanding of the specific needs of children with Autism and a strong desire to learn more.
Must be a strong and effective communicator and team player and be able to engage effectively with the children, staff and parents.
Must be enthusiastic and committed to inclusive education, believing in the potential of every child
