We are seeking an enthusiastic Special Needs Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Chelmsford. As a Special Needs Teacher, you will plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to each pupil's individual needs. You will work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, therapists, parents, and external professionals to develop personalised learning plans and provide the highest standard of education and support. Your ability to build positive relationships, adapt your teaching approach, and encourage confidence and independence will be key to every pupil's success.

The successful Special Needs Teacher will assess and monitor progress, set meaningful learning targets, and celebrate every achievement. You will have experience supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
