Special Needs Teacher - South Birmingham

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking experienced Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teachers for a variety of daily supply and long-term placements across the south Birmingham area. We work with a range of special schools and inclusive provisions, offering fantastic opportunities to teach and support pupils with diverse and complex needs.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)

Proven experience supporting children with a variety of special educational needs, including but not limited to:

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)

Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)

A flexible, proactive, and nurturing approach to teaching

Strong behaviour management and excellent classroom adaptability
