Join Our Team as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Leeds!

Milk Education is proud to partner with a wide network of schools across Leeds, and we’re on the lookout for compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to start this September.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting students with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with Autism (ASC) and SEMH, within the classroom
• Providing dedicated one-to-one support
• Assisting with behaviour management and helping students achieve their goals
• Contributing to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring progress
• Building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with additional needs is essential
• Team Teach training (or similar) is desirable
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and emotional well-being
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
