Experience supporting children with Autism and using EHCPs to help plan provision for pupils with complex needs.?

A primary school located in Pimlico, Westminster are looking for a learning support assistant to support a child with Autism transitioning into the reception from September. This primary school has amazing facilities and resources, they provide on the job training and support and you will be joining an experienced and passionate team of educators.

Benefits:

£80-£100 per day or £450 - £550 per week
Term time only, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4pm
Support and training
Long term contract until July 2025 with potential to return in September
Friendly and supporting team, incredibly involved headteacher
Support from outside agencies including SALT etc

What you'll need:

Experience supporting children with Autism within a professional setting
Understanding of the UK curriculum
A kind and patient manner with the ability to set clear boundaries and manage behaviour
Right to work full time within the UK
Enhanced DBS - Reeson Education are able to assist in applying for a DBS
