We’re looking for caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join our partner mainstream primary schools across Leeds.

If you have experience supporting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, or SEMH – whether in a school setting or personal life – we’d love to hear from you.

Your role will involve:

• Supporting children with additional needs, especially Autism (ASC) and SEMH, in the classroom

• Providing one-to-one support to help students reach their full potential

• Assisting with behaviour management and encouraging positive progress

• Contributing to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tracking achievements

• Building strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and staff

• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment

? What we’re looking for:

• Experience supporting children with additional needs (essential)

• Some experience working with children in UK schools or relevant home-based experience

• Patience, empathy, and a positive outlook

• A genuine passion for children’s learning and well-being

• Great communication and teamwork skills
