The Role

As a Commercial Insurance Executive, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and expanding a specialist book of business, working closely with established clients to ensure top-tier service and retention.
• Advising clients on their insurance programs at both new business and renewal stages, structuring and recommending tailored solutions.
• Handling a range of general commercial lines while also developing expertise in this broker's chosen niche market.
• Building relationships through client meetings, networking, and high-profile events.
• Strategically growing the book by taking advantage of an established referral pipeline and your own marketexpertise.

What You'll Need

• Experience in a client-facing commercial broking position.
• A strong desire to specialise and progress your career within a dynamic, high profile team.
• Based anywhere in Scotland, with the flexibility to travel to Central Belt offices for training, client meetings, and strategic planning.
