We are seeking a motivated and reliable Specialist Cleaner to join our Specialist Cleaning Division and help deliver high-quality services to our valued clients.

The Role

As a Specialist Cleaner, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of specialist cleaning tasks to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to health and safety. You will work independently and as part of a team across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional Reach and Wash window cleaning services.
• Carry out internal window cleaning to a high standard.
• Complete strip and seal floor cleaning and floor care treatments on a variety of floor surfaces.
• Operate pressure washing equipment to provide jet washing and external surface cleaning services.
• Undertake commercial carpet cleaning using professional cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Safely operate specialist cleaning machinery and equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Conduct site risk assessments and adhere to safe working practices.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and cleaning materials.
• Build positive relationships with clients and represent the company professionally at all times.
• Assist with other specialist cleaning services as required.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience within the cleaning industry.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with Reach and Wash systems.
• Carpet cleaning certification or experience.
• Floor care experience, including strip and seal treatments.
• Pressure washing / jet washing experience.
• IPAF, PASMA, or Working at Height training.
• Health & Safety qualifications.
• CSCS Card.
